Open to yoga teachers from all traditions looking to fine tune their teaching skills. This mentorship will explore the art of sequencing a vinyasa class, refining your teaching voice and vocab, cuing alignment and maintaining teaching inspiration. The program is offered in person or online and personalized based on the participant's scheduling needs. With over 2000 hours of training and more than 12 years of teaching experience, working one on one with Tamara is a great opportunity to continue to develop and expand on your yoga teachings and practices.
